 Payment: monthly (once/month) by cash or bank transfer
Rent per month: (applied for 1 year leasing contract)
 One-bedroom apartment: $550USD/month equivalent to 12,600,000VNĐ/month

 Two-bedrooms apartment: $700USD/month

Note: The Rent will be validated till end of this year (31st of December, 2018)
The Rent includes:

The Rent does not include:

 The electric power price will be calculated based on the usage counters of the electric meter which is equipped for each apartment. The unit price is: 4,000VND/kWh.
 Laundry service and/or any raising service fee from The Lessee’s requested;
